Job Summary:

The Church of the Incarnation is a Gospel-centered Anglican church family serving the city of Harrisonburg, Virginia. We are looking for a full-time, experienced administrative professional to manage communication, provide support for pastoral staff and ministry volunteers, manage the church office, and provide event support and planning.

Faithful, growing Christian with a love for the local church; active participant in the Church of the Incarnation (or is willing to become such); self-starter, highly self-motivated; excellent independent problem-solving skills; excellent organizational and communication skills; highly attentive to details; comfortable with interruptions; skilled in long-range planning; strong interpersonal skills; affable, positive attitude, cheerful with people; excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the capacity to respond promptly and professionally to a high volume of communication daily; proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines, including supervising teams of volunteers, and taking on new projects while maintaining long-term projects; excellent computer skills, including database and spreadsheet management, word processing, and basic graphic design; ability and cheerful willingness to
assume additional responsibility and work both independently and collaboratively; aptitude for basic business financial management; Maintains confidentiality.
